I love the device.....I want to throw the little wifi updater charger thing into the fires of h*ell. No, it is not user error....it is a truly AWFUL system. I am sure they have some reason as to why their software cannot be updated like every other electronic device I have ever used, but if they need to update it the way they do, they need to figure out a better way. The app is garbage, confusing, sporadic at best, constantly connects/reconnects and disconnects the pairing to other headsets.

Not sure when this started happening but the app seems to have a hard time connecting to my 50S. Stuck on the "Let's get you connected" screen and intermittently connects for a few seconds and then returns to the other screen. All this while my headset is quite obviously connected to bluetooth and playing music without issues. FW updated on both ends, x3 Factory reset + initial setup, same story. Going off the last patch note, I guess the fix in their last patch was to make the app unsuable.

The pros: Much prettier interface than Sena Utility. The cons: Very suspicious as to why this app requires permission to system settings. The permissions issue lists only location and camera...but no explanation for why it makes us enable it. The app refuses to run without it. Then, the next screen tries to trick you into signing up for a mailing list, without telling you this isn't required. Use it if this permission thing doesn't freak you out. Otherwise, wait for a fix and/or explanation.
